Altus Principals Assist Keystone Aviation Services in the Acquisition of Aviation Service Division of Sikorsky Global Helicopters

Altus Associates principals assisted the Sigma Federal Alpha Fund and M International of McLean, VA in the acquisition of a second aviation turbine engine services operation through  Keystone Turbine Services LLC of Coatesville, Pa., the new entity emerging from an asset purchase from Sikorsky Global Helicopters. Keystone is a factory-authorized maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for the Rolls Royce M250 turbine engine.  It is also a Honeywell-authorized facility for fuel controls and governors and a service facility for the Turbomeca Ariel Engine.
