Computer Horizons Corp. ("CHC") (Nasdaq: CHRZ), a strategic solutions and professional services company has acquired privately-held RGII Technologies, Inc. ("RGII") for $31 million. Headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, RGII is a solutions provider of high-end technology and program management to Federal, State and Local government agencies.

   

HKSBS was CHC's strategic and financial advisor. CHC had hired HKSBS in September 2002 to develop a strategy for the national commercial IT services company to enter the federal market and maximize its opportunity to provide its solutions to federal agencies. HKSBS worked with CHC all fall in developing a strategy and executable plan. In December 2002, CHC decided to execute the plan by acquiring a platform company that fit its strategy. HKSBS was also hired to conduct that search.
