Adds Senior HR and IT Executive with Extensive DoD Experience to Team

Army Major General Brings Government and Corporate Operating Expertise to Federal Contractor Consulting Practice
McLean, Virginia (March 18 , 2004) - (), the strategic, management and financial solutions provider for emerging, middle market and technology companies, today announced that Major General B. Sue Dueitt is affiliating with the company as an Associated Consultant to offer her unique services to corporate clients. Dr. Dueitt has an extensive background in the government and commercial sectors, specializing in complex organizational operations and change management, including human resources, information technology and strategic planning.

Most recently, as Major General of the United States Army Reserve, Dr. Dueitt served as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel (Mobilization and Reserve Affairs) at the Pentagon, where she pioneered the master plan and funding program for the Army Personnel Transformation initiative Army-wide. This major undertaking involved consolidation of hundreds of IT systems and implementation of PeopleSoft. Prior to this position, she was Deputy Chief of Public Affairs for the U.S. Army and was instrumental in crafting revamped procedures that doubled the productivity of the 57 Reservists assigned to the Army Chief of Public Affairs.

Dr. Dueitt's military service also included the positions of Assistant Division Commander for the 80th Training Division, Commandant of the Army Reserve Forces School and various positions in the U.S. Army Reserve. Additionally, she has represented the Army on a number of steering committees: Defense Integrated Human Resources System (DIMHRS), DOD Heath Care Program (TRICARE), OSD Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP), Army Business Initiatives Council (BIC), Army Chief Information Officer (CIO) Executive Board, Battle Command Architecture Integration, Rotational Unit Manning and Army Reserve Forces Policy Council.

Previously, Dr. Dueitt was the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Entergy from 1982-1986, and Vice President of Administration for Sallie Mae from 1981-1982. She also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army from 1978-1980. She holds a PhD with Distinction in Administration from the University of Alabama, and earned her B.S. and M.S. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Dueitt is also a graduate of the U.S Army War College and the Senior Managers in Government Program at Harvard.
