Karin W. Weber has served both full time and part-time as Director of Research and Analysis for Altus since 2004. She previously worked for the US Air Force Deputy General Counsel as Assistant Program Manager and Contract Officer Representative. Prior to that, she worked as a contracted systems engineer and procurement manager for the US Navy and as an IT Project Manager at Nextel Communications. Karin received her BA in Government & Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and her MBA in Strategic Management & Public Policy from the George Washington University.
