Jeffrey C. Hooke has been a Director of Emerging Markets Partnership, a $ 5 billion private equity partnership; a principal investment officer of the World Bank Group; and an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Schroder Wertheim, respectively. He has completed over 100 investment banking transactions on a global basis. Jeff is the author of three books that have been well-received by the investment and finance communities.  The books are titled: The Emerging Markets, Security Analysis on Wall Street and M&A, A PracticalGuide to Doing the Deal, all published by John Wiley & Sons, New York, NY.  He holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.
